今天的健康午餐 - 蒸白鲳鱼,brocolli及玉蜀黍
简单的午餐,就只是鱼,蔬菜和玉蜀黍。
玉蜀黍是早上吃剩的,brocolli和鱼就只是清蒸,然后洒上一点的酱清和蒜米油,就是好吃的一餐了。
