Black Pepper Chicken Buns - 20 May 07

Today's special.......五谷粮黑胡椒鸡肉面包。。。
健康面包。。。我老公一口气吃了三粒。。。
The bread dough is same as the sausage buns dough, so pls refer to sausage bun's recipe.The difference just that i add in five grains flour for this buns, so pls cut down the high protein flour usage to around 200gm and add in 50gm five grains flour .
For the filling part :
potato, chicken meat, onion, black pepper sauce, garlic, black pepper, oyster sauce, salt (follow own taste)...
Stir fry until potato is soft and the gravy is thicken..

I think you baked the bread too long or the temperature is too high, the skin or the bread is not suppose too dark!

This photo remind me that my mom did made this type of bread when v r small. i m imaginating the smell of bread now. hehe~

Must be very yummy although bit dark...hmm...if have time design some background picture to make it more attractive.
