软绵绵的面包。。。。包了香肠。。。第一次制做的成果。。。
Ingredients :
(A)
Bread flour - 250gm sugar - 50gm 1 egg
milk powder - 15gm salt - 1 teaspoon
instant dry yeast - 11gm (1 pack) water - 100-120 gm
(B)
butter - 20gm
cream cheese/shortening - 20gm
Method :
1. Mix (A) together and form a dough.
2. Mix (B) into 1 and knead into a smooth dough.
3. Cover up and wait for it to raise into double size
4. Wrap with sausage and leave it aside to raise into double size.
5. Bake in oven until golden brown
