Hokkien mee also known as prawn noodle......
I used crab, prawn shell, pork ribs, rock sugar, chilli boh, pinch of pepper and salt (follow own taste) to boil the soup.
Take out the shell, pound the shell and squeeze out the juice and put into the soup...if still tasteless, can use pounded "hei bi" aka dry prawn to make it more tasty (tips from my mummy)...
.....Taste yummy yummy......
