Snow Clam - 24 June 07

Choose to cook snow clam after heavy meal to balance back the diet. Snow clam need to be soak for overnight before can use. I use ginseng root, red dates, wolf berries, some rock sugars to boil with the cleaned snow clam. Can serve in cold or hot. Taste refreshing if eat in cold.

kichi is called wolf berries.

definitely good for skin & get smooth complexion.

if only i have the time to do it . . .nowadays . . .aaarrrgh
